Walking Club

Join us for Walking Club hosted by Cook Inclusive! Our next meeting is July 14th at 5PM. We are meeting at the south side of Brush Creek park and ride and plan to walk the Brush Creek Trail for 1 mile then turn back! Every other week we host a walking club, on Mondays at 5PM, that is aimed to be inclusive of every age and ability, while we explore different paved paths throughout the valley. We walk about 2 miles every meeting. This is a FREE event that is led by individuals that have education and training focused on inclusive navigation. That means whether you join us with children in strollers, are wheelchair bound, or use a mobility aid, we are able to help provide a positive experience. Again, this is an inclusive club, so even if you do not have mobility concerns, we invite you to still join us for an easy paced walk!
