Aspen Strong HIKE HOPE HEAL (Herron Park and Smuggler)
7:30 a.m. registration opens
8 a.m. Yoga (Thug Yoga with Courtney Smith)
8:30 a.m. Hike to Smuggler
HIKE HOPE HEAL is an annual event each August benefitting Aspen Strong and the Mental Health Fund. Aspen Strong founded their organization on the basis of this event to connect our community and promote good mental hygiene. Each year our community comes together to give voice to mental Health in the Roaring Fork Valley. Participants and volunteers enjoy a morning yoga session and then hike up Smuggler Mountain trail. The community hike helps bring continued awareness to mental health needs in our valley while connecting community members of all ages to open dialogue around mental health.
