Sunlight Chamber Discount Program
Event Description:

This event serves as the method for employees of Basalt Chamber members to opt-in to/register for the Sunlight Mountain Resort Chamber Discount program. Details about two types of Sunlight discounts can be found here: https://basaltchamber.org/belong/membership/benefits/sunlight-discount/

This year, Sunlight has an all new, digital purchase process for buying Chamber Passes:

Owners, managers, and employees of a business/organization that is a current member of the Basalt Chamber of Commerce seeking to purchase a pass from Sunlight must opt-in to the Sunlight Chamber Pass Program by August 1, 2025. The chamber will provide a list to Sunlight staff, who will then send out emails on August 4, 2025 with purchase instructions and one-time discount codes to all interested qualifying Chamber Member employees.
  • Individuals are restricted to a one time purchase with coupon code (individuals may purchase as many 6 packs as they would like during that single purchase). 
  • Discounts are only available through online purchase. Discounts will not be honored in person.
  • Sunlight will send out emails with purchase instructions and one time discount codes on August 4, 2025.
  • The individual who qualifies for the discount must use the one time discount code before opening day on December 12, 2025

CHAMBER PASS PROGRAM STEPS

1. Opt-in: Qualified employee of a Basalt Chamber member opts into the program (completing this registration form) by August 1, 2025

2. Verify eligibility: Chamber verifies the member's eligibility for the program, then provides member's information to Sunlight Mountain using registration and database information. Once confirmed, Chamber staff will email the Chamber Member and the eligible employee that the verification is complete.

Eligibility: Members must be active and current. In order to qualify for the Chamber discount, members must be in good standing - meaning all outstanding invoices have been paid. The Chamber will not verify your eligibility with Sunlight Mountain until the annual membership investment has been made. Membership can now be paid online: https://www.basaltchamber.org/make-a-payment/.

Completely Online Process

There are two steps in the process: the verification portion with the chamber and the redemption process with Sunlight Mountain Resort. Both steps must be done online (digital). 

Once verified the chamber member employees takes action with Sunlight 

Sunlight will send out emails with purchase instructions and one time discount codes to all the Chamber Member employees who are registered and are verified on August 4, 2025. 

 

Date/Time Information:

August 1, 2025: Last day for employees of Chamber Members to opt-in to the verification process with the Basalt Chamber.
August 4, 2025: First day for employees of Chamber Members to purchase the discounted Sunlight Mountain Resort products via the discount code sent by email.
December 11, 2025: Last day to purchase Chamber passes online.
Once the Opt-in is complete, please allow up to two business days for the chamber to process requests.

Fees/Admission:
There is no fee to process the Chamber discount.  Businesses pay the chamber for membership (thus becoming eligible for the discount).

Eligible employees of chamber members pay Sunlight Mountain directly for the discounted products. 

In order to qualify for the discount, members must be in good standing. Verification will not occur until membership has been paid. Online payment.
